Ananyaa’s sanguine presentation of AI is derived from personal anecdotes and inspired by the want for the technology to be maximised. She advocates for AI literacy as the key for enabling enhanced thinking; a catalyst for innovation and progress. Balancing this with a global perspective allows intellectual connection to emerge as the bridge to ameliorate AI’s divisive potential. An advocate for the merits of life-long learning, Ananyaa explores both how AI can enrich this process, and what its collective accumulation means for society; diffusing a crucial desire to know more. She hopes that the talk will resonate not only with students and educators, but with individuals seeking to understand how AI will shape both thinking and equality in a constantly evolving world. Ananyaa Gupta is an ambitious student. Involved in the Rishworth Community. She has a passion for learning, enriched through critical engagement with current affairs and real-world economics, and hopes to share the big ideas which interest her in an accessible/engaging yet thought-provoking way. Her global perspective has been greatly enhanced through a love for travel and culture; being an able linguist, voracious reader and accomplished musician complements her analytical, academic side, allowing her creative, curious nature to thrive whilst being grounded by intellectual rigour. Ananyaa’s passion for economics arises from the subject’s interdisciplinary nature and its applicability to global dynamics. Paired with her aptitude for mathematics, discovering her love for the subject helped resolve years of uncertainty and pressure regarding her future path.
